Welcome to 2-Ling Vleismark, a proudly South African butchery in Parys, Free State, owned and run by Maxie and Jessica. Since 2010, our journey has been built on faith, hard work, and determination.

With no formal training, we learned everything through hands-on experience — cutting, preparing, and serving quality meat with care and pride. What started as a small dream has grown into one of Parys’s most trusted local butcheries, known for our honesty, freshness, and friendly service.

Running a butchery as two women takes courage and passion, and that’s exactly what drives us every day. We open our doors with pride, knowing that we’re not just building a business — we’re building a legacy of quality and community. With a team of 17 dedicated staff members, 2-Ling Vleismark is more than a butchery — we’re a family. Each salary we pay means 17 families are supported, and that’s what inspires us to keep giving our best.

In 2024, we were honoured to be named “Best Butchery” in the Best of Parys competition — a true reward for our commitment to quality meat, friendly service, and customer satisfaction.
